About Us
We are a family owned travel company, who began operating as Doi Tours in 1989 in the amazing northern city of Chiang Mai. In 2007 we merged with All Thailand Experiences, who specialised in southern Thailand and since 2015 we have been authorised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to operate throughout the country as SmileyThai Travel.
Because we live and work in Thailand, our prices are low and we know our stuff!

We have itineraries that are based entirely in cities such as Bangkok or Chiang Mai, and road trips throughout different regions of Thailand. Our special interest tours include trips for foodies, nature enthusiasts, families, adrenaline junkies, those who want to learn to dive and those who just want to get off the beaten track.

Our packages for large groups and schools are based around two core programmes; Best of Thailand and Thailand Adventure. These are then customised to one of the following themes; Art & Design, Biology, Food & Nutrition, Geography, History, Religious Studies, Sport or Thai Culture. And there are various optional extras, including a five day dive package.
We have a lovely country with breathtaking scenery, a delicious cuisine, so many wonderful activities and the friendliest people in the world. We are passionate about where we live and would be delighted to help you discover the real Thailand.
